Positive: Loved the entire property. We are from a rural area, so the amount of people in the lobby and in lines was not what we like. The property was massive but nice.
Negative: We liked it all, you have to allow time to get from one place to the next due to long halls, traffic, different things. I would like to see this place with some games on the terrace and the hot tub working. The outdoor area was also nice for a city hotel. Lots of maintenance happening.
Summary: Exactly what we wanted. Would love to return.

Positive: The location was in a nice proximity of what we were there to see. The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. For a last minute reservation, it fit the bill on all fronts.
Negative: There's a parking deck in the building connected to the hotel and a lot across the street so it was a little confusing as to which one should be the primary. There was only one elevator working and the A/C seemed to be broken on the ground floor so it was toasty, especially for staff running around. They said that had just happened and it seemed to be fixed by the time we left. The room was not impacted! The staff didn't see our reservation via booking.com and had to do a little searching to find it so make sure they're not trying to charge you twice. We did pay for breakfast with the stay but were told the buffet was not up during the week - we ordered so it worked out. If you're needing a handicap room be aware that those rooms may be extremely far from the elevators.

Positive: We loved the beautiful view of Baltimore Harbor from the Watertable restaurant. At the restaurant is where we met Ms Denise. Ms. Denise was an absolute delight. 😀 She was kind, personable, and funny. She and my husband had a blast talking about all the celebrities that we were running into while staying at the hotel. They were trying to remember names and movies the actors starred in. They needed goggle to help with it all. 🤣 Thank you, Ms. Denise, we enjoyed our time with you.
Negative: The walk to our room from the elevator was the worst walk. It felt like a mile because of the design. The design of the hotel sucks. Why was there only one set of elevators in one place and only 1 elevator to the rooms working? We had to wait for it to go up, and then back down is just crazy. 6 total elevators, 1 elevator to the rooms was working, 2 elevators to the garage was working, and 3 others were not working. Having to pay $36 a night for parking is greed and robbery.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone said hello and wished a good day. The hotel was very clean and the cafe/bar/gift shop was convenient. Great location to the inner harbor.
Negative: There was only one elevator operating. Two by the time we left.
Summary: Very pleasant.The staff made you feel welcomed. I believe that is rare nowadays
